Aligner Tracking

Every week, we ask that you take pictures of your smile with your current aligners in, and submit those photos using the form below for the doctor to review. Whether or not your aligners are fitting perfectly, we would like to see your progress by filling out the form below. This page and form works well on mobile devices, so you can take the photos on your phone, and navigate to this webpage on your device to fill out the form and attach the photos directly from your phone.

  • Step 1: Ensure the photo is taken in a bright room, so that you can see your teeth clearly in the photo with no blurriness. If your doctor gave you a set of retractors, use them. Otherwise you can use a spoon/chopstick/your finger (wash your hands first!) to retract for the left and right photos.
  • Step 2: Separate your teeth, so there is a gap between the top and bottom teeth.
  • Step 3: With your aligners in, use your phone (or other camera), to take a picture of your smile.
    • Photo 1 - Right Side
    • Photo 2 - Centered
    • Photo 3 - Left Side
    • Photo 4 - Top teeth (from underneath)
    • Photo 5 - Bottom teeth (from above)
  • Step 4: Once you have reviewed the photos to match the quality shown in the example on this page, (you can remove the mouth retractor) upload the photos using the form below.
  • Step 5: Await input back from the doctor.
